1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial (First-Time Purchases Only)

Trying Nutrevana for the first time? You’re covered. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, let us know and we’ll refund your first order — no questions asked.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a Nutrevana product.

  • Condition: No need to return the product — we believe in trust-based wellness.

  • How to Claim: Just email us at support@nutrevana.com with your order number and feedback. We’d love to hear how we can improve.


2. Returns (Non-First-Time Orders)

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on opened wellness products, custom orders, or items marked as final sale — unless they arrived damaged or defective.


3. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at support@nutrevana.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue.
Step 2: If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds for items returned used, damaged, or beyond the 30-day window.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Reach out to us at support@nutrevana.com with your order number and a description, and we’ll get things sorted.
