Nutrevena Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–14 business days.
  • Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS to ensure reliable service.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees may vary depending on promotions or offers available at the time of purchase.
  • Expedited Shipping: In some cases, faster delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please allow extra time for customs clearance and local delivery services.
  • Carriers: We ship internationally using USPS or trusted local carriers.
  • Shipping Costs: Fees and delivery timelines depend on your location and any current shipping promotions.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • Address change requests must be submitted to support@nutrevena.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests received after this 12-hour window cannot be honored, as orders move into processing and dispatch shortly after this time.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address, redirect the package, or cancel the shipment.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
  • Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was supplied by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
  • If you have any trouble accessing your tracking details or have questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@nutrevena.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your package seems to be lost, contact us right away. We'll work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and product. While we don't offer refunds for damage caused during transit, we'll gladly send a replacement.
