Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Nutrevena, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below:

Frequency & Amount You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Recurring Charges When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Optional Service Adding a Monthly Refill (subscription) is optional and can be removed before and during checkout.

Confirmation After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.

Manage or Cancel You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next order is created by:

  • Clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email, or
  • Contacting us at support@nutrevena.com for assistance.

Please include your full name and order number for faster processing. We are committed to transparency and giving you full control of your subscription.

Deadline to Cancel To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Renewals Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.

Valid Orders All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.
